Ranunculus raptures

Ranunculus are superb just now, so full and delicate at the same time. The commercial Ranunculus is a cultivated form of the buttercup. The name Ranunculus is derived from the Latin word 'rana', a frog, probably because they grow near water. It's a very popular wedding flower, and no wonder, it's an absolute beauty and available in every colour of the rainbow, between January and the end of May.
In flower language it says: "You are radiant, I'm dazzled by your charms."
